AT HOME COMPANIONSHIP AND CARE SERVICES
According to research loneliness and social isolation are common among the elderly and predict declining health and poor quality of life. In a 3- year study, of aging people, loneliness was noted to be a significant contributor to poor self-rated health scores.
The study also found that self-reported poor state of health improved when loneliness lessened. The same study also found that impaired mobility was associated with loneliness. In addition, loneliness and social isolation was observed to relate to a rapid decline in functional motor capabilities, depression and cognitive decline.

Our caregivers can fulfill your loved one laundry needs. This involves washing, drying, ironing, and putting clean laundry away. Laundry can be performed at your loved one home or in a nearby laundry.
Our caregivers provide light housekeeping services for your loved one. These services include: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms that is; sinks, tubs, showers, and toilet, cleaning kitchen that is; sinks, appliances, counters, and taking out trash, straightening all rooms, organizing closets and drawers, and cleaning reachable interior windows.
Preforming errands such as Grocery Shopping, pharmacy medication pick- ups, post office visits can be challenging to seniors and their loved ones. We encourage your loved ones to come along during performance of these errands if they wish to facilitate their community social interaction.
Our caregivers can help your loved one with transportation to pretty much anywhere in conjunction with your loved ones other needs such as transportation to medical appointments, shopping, barbershops and beauty salon appointments.
